Cheese Connoisseur asked me for an article on pairing chocolate and cheese. Done. Therein I spilled the the hows and whys. I envy writers who have their own photographers. I shoot my own photos or beg companies for permission to share theirs. Dahlia Graham of Fruition Chocolate generously sent me some yummy offerings. I paired their Passion Fruit Caramels and Sipping Chocolate for the piece due to come out in the Fall 2020 issue. You'll have to wait for the magazine to hit the newstand to find out how I matched cheese to their chocolates, and those of Potomac Chocolate, Dandelion Chocolate, Marou Chocolate, Ritual Chocolate, Castronovo Chocolate, Pump Street Bakery and Soma Chocolatemaker.
